Submissions
Here's the scoop: yes, you can submit your cool thing to us and, if we also are all, "yeah that's a cool thing," then we will publish your cool thing.

Here's what will improve your chances:
- Send us something we will publish. That sounds straightforward, but it's worth mentioning. Glyphcore publishes graphic novels which have well-defined characters going on some kind of journey - development is important to us. We publish kids stuff, adults stuff, eternal stuff, whatever. But characters are key.
- Don't send us your portfolio. We're interested in stories with characters. Come to us with, at minimum: outlines, characters, and some panels that show that you can draw action and replicate your characters again and again. Keep in mind that we can't link you to an illustrator, so if you are only a writer you'll need to find your drawing buddy before coming to us.
- Keep it simple. We spend more time at Denny's than in an office. Chances are, we're going to sit with a Moons Over My Hammy® and evaluate your submission there, so don't send us a six hundred page bible and forty-five characters. We want to see the heart of your work.
Here's what to send:
- Your characters, both illustrated and described
- Your story, in words
- As many panels as you have. If you've got the whole thing drawn and ready, super - send it all. If you've done three pages, send it. The more, the better, but it's alright to send a little - just make sure we can get a grasp for your abilities.
- Use common formats. PDFs or JPGs for your images, PDFs or DOCXs for your words.
- You. This is kind of a big deal: we need to know who you are. Name, phone number, email address. Tell us a little about yourself. Be clever.
